Open the app, enter your destination, select an available driver from the list, and click 'Book Now'. Once the driver accepts, you will see their live location.
2Is it safe to travel with Swenid?▾
Absolutely. Every driver undergoes a strict background check and document verification (Aadhar, DL, RC). Additionally, every trip is tracked live and covered under our In-Trip Insurance policy.
3How is the fare calculated?▾
Fares are fixed based on the distance and the number of seats booked. You will see the exact fare on your screen before confirming the booking. No hidden charges.
4Can I cancel my ride?▾
Yes, you can cancel before the ride starts. However, a small cancellation fee may apply if the driver has already reached your pickup location.
5What is 'In-Trip Insurance'?▾
To ensure your safety, Swenid provides accidental insurance coverage for every passenger during the journey. This is included in your service fee.
6How do I pay for the ride?▾
We support all digital payments including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), Debit/Credit Cards, and our in-app Swenid Wallet.
7What should I do in an emergency?▾
Use the 'SOS' button on the live ride screen. It will instantly share your location with our 24/7 support team and local authorities.

Driver8How can I join as a Partner Driver?▾
Click on ‘Register as Driver’, upload your RC, Driving License. Our team will verify the documents and activate your account within 24-48 hours.
9When and how will I get my payments?▾
Your earnings are credited to your Swenid Wallet immediately after the completion of each ride. You can transfer your balance to your bank account every week.
10How does the Referral Bonus work?▾
Share your unique referral code with friends. You will receive a bonus in your wallet once your referred friend completes their first successful ride.
11What if a passenger doesn't show up?▾
You can call the passenger through the app. If they don't arrive within 5-10 minutes at the pickup point, you can cancel the ride and mark it as 'No Show'.
12Can I choose which rides to accept?▾
Yes, you have full flexibility to accept or decline ride requests based on your availability and route.
