Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Ride Sharing is a digital intermediary platform operated by Swenid Private Limited. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. There are no shipping charges, packaging, courier handling, or delivery timelines applicable to any transaction on the Platform.

The services rendered through the Platform are intangible and digital. They are delivered as follows:

• Booking confirmation: Issued in-app and by email/SMS immediately upon successful payment authorisation by our Payment Aggregator.
• Driver matching: Effected through the Platform's matching engine; the matched Driver's name, photograph, vehicle details, and masked phone number are displayed in the booking screen.
• OTP for ride start: Generated and shared with the Passenger inside the app at the time of pickup.
• Live trip tracking: Available in the app for the duration of the Ride.
• Trip receipt & tax invoice: Issued in-app and by email at the end of the Ride.

The Platform is available 24×7 subject to scheduled maintenance windows. The Ride itself is performed by an independent Driver at the Scheduled Departure time agreed at booking. Service availability for any specific route depends on Driver supply and is not guaranteed by the Company.

If a confirmation email/SMS or in-app notification is not received within 30 minutes of payment, please check the in-app booking history first. If the booking is missing, contact info@swenid.com with your transaction reference. Where a payment has been debited but no booking was created, the amount is reversed in line with the timelines set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The Platform is intended for use within India. Routes, Drivers, and Passengers must originate and terminate within Indian territory. We do not facilitate international transport.
